(NASDAQ:BNTC) reported positive interim clinical data and a private investment from the sale of 5,749,152 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $4.80 and 2,584,239 pre-funded warrants at $4.7999, for a total of approximately $40 million, before deducting offering expenses.
The 90-day timepoint clinical data follows the administration of BB-301 to the study's first subject treated in the BB-301 Phase 1b/2a single-arm, open-label, sequential, dose-escalation cohort study (NCT06185673) in Oculopharyngeal Muscular Dystrophy (OPMD).
