moderate. The Midwest shell egg inventory declined 2.3% when compared to a
week ago. Market activity is moderate. All breaking stock prices are
steady. The undertone is steady. Demand and offerings are light. Supplies
are light to moderate. Schedules are reduced to full-time. Market activity
is moderate.
